FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned Borrower, Jason Miller of Naperville, IL, promises to pay to the order of Lender, Elena Rostova of Chicago, IL, the principal sum of $5,000.00 together with interest accrued on the unpaid balance at a rate of 6.0% per annum.
The loan shall be repaid in 12 consecutive monthly installments of approximately $430.33 commencing 30 days from agreement date, with final maturity on or before 12 months.
If any installment is not received within the specified grace period, Borrower agrees to pay a late penalty of $25 after 10 days. Borrower reserves the right to prepay this Note in full or in part at any time without penalty or premium.
Security: Unsecured (Personal Guarantee Only).
If Borrower fails to make any payment when due and remains in default for 15 days following written notice, Lender may declare the entire unpaid principal balance immediately due and payable. In any enforcement action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
