Days 1-30: build the foundation. Get licensed paperwork and MLS access sorted, learn your brokerage's systems and forms, and build your sphere-of-influence contact list, everyone you know is a potential referral source, not just a lead.
Days 1-30: shadow and learn. Attend other agents' open houses and closings if your brokerage allows it. There's no substitute for watching a real transaction move through the stages.
Days 30-60: start generating activity. Reach out to your sphere directly (not just social posts), consider hosting your first open house even on someone else's listing, and get comfortable with the tools you'll use daily, the commission calculator and mortgage calculator are worth knowing cold for client conversations.
Days 60-90: convert activity into your first deals. Focus on responsiveness and follow-through over volume, your first few closings are also your first reviews and referral sources.
Track everything from day one. Every contact, every conversation, every follow-up date, a simple spreadsheet is fine to start, but the habit matters more than the tool.
